Whitehead played for the England Academy in 2008 Bradford Bulls second row Elliott Whitehead is one of six players who will appear before the RFL disciplinary committee on Tuesday.
Whitehead has been charged with biting a Hull KR player at the weekend.
Damien Blanch (Catalans) and Kirk Yeaman (Hull FC) have been charged with fighting in their encounter on Friday.
Dragons hooker Ian Henderson (dangerous lift), Crusaders prop Gil Dudson and Castleford's Stuart Jones (both dangerous contact) are also charged.
Henderson's offence occured in the 14th minute of Friday's encounter, while Dudson's Grade B dangerous contact charge came in the sixth minute of Crusaders' victory over Harlequins.
Meanwhile, Jones is charged with a Grade A offence following his contact on Leeds Rhinos' Brent Webb, which came in the 60th minute of Friday's 56-0 defeat for the Tigers.
